Unacceptable Policy Changes Without Consent

Extremely dissatisfied with Progressive. They added someone to my insurance policy without my knowledge or consent, and to make matters worse, they increased my premium as a result. This is completely unacceptable. I expected a higher level of professionalism from an insurance provider. This experience has been nothing but frustrating.
